Tilting and costing:

The calculation of the preliminary calculation, which involves determining the length of cutting, multiplied by the cost of the price of a one meter cut.

Importantly: the distance covered by the cutting tool is calculated, and not the length of the material itself. To cut a square 1х1m. the machine will pass 4 meters. Trial cutting your material in our layout is free. Making a sample of your product will be treated as an order.

Final calculation according to the layout

Taking into account individual parameters of the order, our company managers determine the complexity of the order (1.0-3.0) which will be multiplied by the amount of the previous calculation.

Coefficient 1.0 has primitive geometric shapes of large size, and 3.0 is possible with perforation or a large number of small parts. The total cost is multiplication of the previous calculation by the complexity factor.
